सालगी म्हटलं कि आठवतं ते गावो गावी फिरुन कपडे विकणारे व्यापारी. सालगी हे आंध्रप्रदेशातील एक जात आहे. सालगी जातीची लोकं खेड्या पाड्यात जाऊन कपडे विकतात. ते स्वभावाने खुप शांत, विनम्र व पक्के व्यवहारी असतात. गावो गावी हिंडुन कपडे विकणे हा त्यांचा वंशपरंपरागत चालत आलेला व्यापार होय. आमच्या गावाकडे दर वर्षी सालग्यांची वारी असतेच. हि लोकं आंध्र प्रदेशातुन कपडे आणतात व या माडिया भागात गावो गावी हिंडुन विकतात. आमच्या भागात लोकांकडे वर्षातुन एकदाच पैसे येतात, तेंव्हा लोकं बाजारात ( हाट) जाऊन वर्षाची खरेदी एकदाच करतात. हि सालगी मंडळी याच गोष्टीला हेरून ईथे व्यापार करायचे. पावसाळ्यातील चार महिने गावात कुणीच येत नसे, पण एकदा दसरा झाला कि सालगी लोकं सायकलीवर मोठ्ठाले गठे घेऊन गावो गावी कपडे विकायला Read full story »
आता मी ५ व्या वर्गात शिकत होतो, एक वर्षाचा वसतीगृहात राहण्याचा अनुभव गाठीशी होता। शी, सु प्रकरणं हाताळण्याची कला गवसली होती. कॅप्टन नावाच्या प्राण्याला हुलकावण्या देऊन कामं कशी करायची यात तरबेज जोऊ लागलो होतो. समोरच्या ईमारतीत राहणार्या मुली व वसतीगृहा मागे कॅम्प मधे राहणारे एस.आर्.पी. जवानाशी हळू हळु जवळिक वाढु लागली होती. हे सगळे घरच्यांची आठवण्/विरह दुर करायला बर्यापैकी उपयोगी पडू लागली होती.
आमच्या वसतिगृहात सकाळ ते संध्याकाळ काय व केंव्हा करायचे याचे मोठेसे वेळापत्रकच बाहेर लावलेले असायचे (आजही असावे). समुहनिवासी वसतिगृहाच्या इमारतीची रचना ईंग्रजी सी (चौकोनी ) सारखी व असे दोन सी एकमेकासमोर (न चिटकविता ) ठेवलेत तर जे तयार होईल अगदी तशी. एका सी मध्ये मुलींचे निवासस्थान असायचे तर दुस-या सी मध्ये मुलांचे. या दोन सीच्या मधोमध जी मोकळी जागा आहे त्या जागेवर पहाटेची प्रार्थना, जेवण, सामुहिक अभ्यासा व्यतिरिक्त विटिदांडु, लगोरी, कंचे, चव्वा अष्टा असे खेळ खेळायचो आणि इतर काही कार्यक्रम पण घेतले जात. मुलींच्या इमारतीतील एक खोली स्वयंपाकघर म्हणुन वापरली जात असे. आमच्या वसतीगृहात मुलांची संख्या २००च्या घरात ( कारण नेमका आकडा मला आठवत नाही ) व मुलींची संख्या १५० घरात असायची. Installation
As of Tomcat 3.2, a pre-built version of the Tomcat redirector plugin, isapi_redirect.dll, is available under the win32/i386 directory where you downloaded the Tomcat binary distribution. For those using Netscape as your browser, try downloading a zip version of the file, if available. There can be problems using Netscape to download DLL files.
You can also build a copy locally from the source in Tomcat’s source distribution.

The 21 year old loved to tinker with the power of the computers and the limits to which the system can be pushed. But all that was lacking was an operating system that could meet the demands of the professionals.
